Effective date: October 8, 2026. These Terms of Service govern use of the GrimeTime website and the December pre-launch list operated by Kingsford Environmental LLC (“Kingsford Environmental,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This starter terms page should be reviewed by qualified counsel and updated with final cancellation, access, insurance, service-area, payment, and dispute-resolution terms before the service launches.

Pre-launch list

Joining the December pre-launch list is not a payment, confirmed appointment, service contract, calendar reservation, or guarantee of service availability. We may use the information you provide to plan routes and send launch details when you have agreed to receive email updates.

Kingsford neighbor launch special

The advertised $35 monthly Kingsford neighbor launch special is a pre-launch offer request for qualifying Kingsford residents. Eligibility, service address, bin access, route timing, final pricing, and service availability must be confirmed by Kingsford Environmental before any service is scheduled or payment is collected. We may decline or adjust an offer request that cannot be verified or served safely.

Future service and payment

Published service descriptions and prices are informational during pre-launch and may change before an appointment is confirmed. No card information is collected through the pre-launch list. Any recurring service, one-time charge, group rate, taxes, or cancellation terms will be communicated before payment is collected.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful pre-launch interest and service inquiries. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site in a manner that violates applicable law.
