Kingsford Environmental LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026. Kingsford Environmental LLC (“Kingsford Environmental,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of people who visit the GrimeTime website and join our December pre-launch list.

This starter policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel and updated with the company’s final contact information and applicable Maryland privacy requirements before the service launches.

Information we collect

When you join the pre-launch list, we collect your full name, email address, ZIP code or neighborhood, service interest, whether you request the Kingsford $35 neighbor launch special, and the email-update consent you provide. We may also collect basic technical information through standard website logs used to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use pre-launch information to plan local service routes, communicate December launch and early-access details by email when you have consented, and confirm whether a requested Kingsford neighbor offer is eligible before service. We do not sell personal information. The pre-launch form does not request card details, create a service appointment, or send text-message marketing.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate our hosting, database, website security, or future communications tools, only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or our legal rights.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from non-essential email updates using the instructions in a message or by contacting us. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain pre-launch information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law.
